Panoramic are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Leader for a Special school we are working closely with to provide operational oversight and strategic leadership on a full-time basis through to the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational management of the school and support for daily functions
  • Oversight of data assessment in conjunction with teaching and learning priorities
  • Quality assurance of end-of-year reports
  • Management and assessment of new pupil referrals
  • Completion of final performance reviews for the staff
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, including parents, carers, and external partners
  • Management of accident reporting and monitoring of staff absences
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Senior Leadership within a SEN setting
  • Ability to hit the ground running and quickly integrate into a leadership team
  • Skilled in building and maintaining effective staff relationships
  • Strong background in stakeholder management
  • Experience in completing staff appraisals and performance reviews
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - required
  • Management qualifications - desirable
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential
