Are you passionate about ensuring safety standards in electrical and lift systems? We are seeking an experienced Safety Compliance Advisor to manage and deliver safety compliance for electrical and lift systems across a wide range of properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining legal compliance, protecting residents, and improving service delivery in a critical area of housing safety.

Key Responsibilities:* Manage electrical and lift safety compliance programmes, including certification and cyclical servicing.* Oversee areas such as Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), electric vehicle points, and solar PV systems.* Monitor remedial works, ensuring completion and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.* Analyse data from compliance systems to identify trends and reconcile discrepancies.* Provide expert technical advice on electrical and lift compliance to internal and external stakeholders.* Lead on internal projects and support audit processes as needed.* Collaborate with teams, contractors, and partners to continuously improve compliance systems.* Maintain accurate records in the asset management system and ensure compliance contracts are managed effectively.

What We're Looking For:* Strong knowledge of electrical and lift safety regulations.* Experience managing compliance programmes and contract performance.* Familiarity with gas safety, housing regulations, and relevant legislation.* Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Relevant qualifications (e.g., VRQ Level 2 in Electrical/Gas Safety or equivalent).
