Description

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs across all levels.

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and create tailored growth plans.

  • Develop and lead succession planning, high-potential identification, and talent pipeline strategies.

  • Drive a performance and feedback culture through innovative development frameworks and coaching initiatives.

  • Support cultural transformation aligned to business strategy.

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key business units, aligning people strategies with organisational goals.

  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent and OD initiatives.

Profile

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar OD / Talent-focused role
  • Expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and organisational design
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Experience in fast-paced or transformational environments is a plus
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
