Locum Property Lawyer – Part Time (Midlands) – 15 hours a week, 3-6 month initial contract  

We have been instructed on a new part-time (15 hours per week) locum role with a Midlands-based Local Authority. This position offers a mix of office and remote working, with attendance required on Mondays and the remainder of hours worked flexibly within core hours during the week.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

  • Managing Right to Buy applications
  • Handling lease renewals
