Description
- Develop Change management strategies in the business across the ERP delivery project (Net Suite)
- Create and deliver clear strategic change plans, with a clear focus on all stakeholders
- Identify the relevant contacts to create an effective change board
- Design and Deliver successful training programmes across the business
- Provide consistent and coherent support through pre and post project go live
- Begin the continuous improvement mapping cycle to help the businesses future growth and development plans
Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in change management related roles, ideally within ERP or CRM implementation projects
- Experience in creating and delivering successful training plans
- A self-start candidate, flexible to deliver in an ever changing environment
- Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive candidate, able to provide confidence in their ability to deliver
Job Offer
- 6 months FTC - £60,000 (£30,000 pro-rata) - flexibility provided for the right candidate
- 1 day remote working, 4 days on site in the West Midlands
