Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a top-rate law firm in the West Midlands, who are looking for a Legal Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

What experience will you need? Ideally, you will have over a year of administration experience within a professional services environment. A good education will be looked upon favourably, and good organisation with strong deadline management skills will be essential.

The tasks within this role will be related to handling the renewal of clients’ intellectual property. Please see below examples of duties:

  • Acknowledging and preparing appropriate correspondence to clients.
  • Handling cases, noting important deadlines.
  • Answering any renewals queries, preparing timely responses.
  • Updating case records, ensuring all information is correct and accurately dated.
  • Obtaining the relevant documents required for renewals.
