About The Company:

Since 2002, the company has delivered more than 30,000 maintenance services and 5,000 repairs for automatic doors, helping their customers keep their sites operational, safe and compliant. They also fabricate and install aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling for the Commercial sector.

Trusted by some of the largest clients nationwide, they are looking for a skilled and experienced automatic door engineer to successfully manage customer sites.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Field-based work covering East Midlands (including Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire) and on occasion outside of this area.
  • Visit customer’s premises in response to reactive calls, scheduled maintenance and services & carry out installation projects on a variety of automatic doors.
  • Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs with minimal downtime
  • Carry out effective communication with customers at all times
  • Provide completed electronic paperwork, customer portals and permits (as required) and liaise with the office team to ensure smooth job progression
  • Follow EN16005 regulations and Health & Safety procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • Must have experience in the maintenance, repair and installation of automatic doors
  • Must BS7036 / EN16005 accreditation
  • Excellent customer service skills.
