Workshop Administrator

This is a role where you will be providing administrative support to this company’s fleet of high tech and bespoke commercial vehicles.

Your role will be varied. From raising job cards, ensuring invoices are raised and warranty claims are dealt with in an efficient manner.

You will also be ensuring the smooth running of the workshop from an administrative perspective.

Your days will be varied and your duties will include but are not limited to;

Raising job cards

Rasing and processing invoices

Chasing Repairs

Warranty Claims

Scheduling 6 weekly inspections, MOT’s routine servicing, reactive maintenance.

Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure the correct parts and consumables are assigned to the correct jobs.

Candidates who have experience of invoicing in a (commercial) vehicle environment will particularly be of interest. If you have experience of regulatory bodies and current legislation, also knowledge of inspection maintenance schedules, this would also be of interest.

Communication skills are key to this role as you will have extensive dealings with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills required

Administration - record keeping and updating

MS Office - Word, Excel.

Working with database/systems (CRM)

Attention to detail - ensuring everything is double checked and a professional service is given at all times.
