Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing company in Bridgwater. This role offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with full training, career progression, and the chance to work within a supportive production team.
Key Duties:
Operate, programme, and set up production machinery.
Monitor and top up material levels.
Conduct fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
Perform regular quality control checks.
Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
Work effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
Requirements:
Previous production or factory experience desirable.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and complete training before permanent night shifts.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
