We’re working with a highly successful, long-established manufacturing business based near Bridgwater with over 25 years of experience in their field. This family-run company is a specialist within the leisure and wellness sector, with a dedicated and knowledgeable team offering an unrivalled level of service and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Our client is now looking to bring in a Business Development Executive to help drive their next phase of growth in the nutraceuticals space. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of sales activity and work closely with senior leadership in a flexible, remote-first environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Prioritise and commercialise inbound B2B sales enquiries
  • Maintain and grow existing B2B customer accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health and wellness sectors
  • Explore intra-group sales opportunities to maximise revenue potential
  • Represent the company at key trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on commercial strategy and initiatives
  • Conduct annual sales planning and monitor profit margins
  • Negotiate effectively with partners, distributors, and clients
  • Engage with influential figures across the UK wellness and supplement landscape

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in nutraceuticals or a related field (e.g. functional foods, supplements, wellness products)
  • A proactive, commercially driven mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • An eager, confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Confidence managing and developing B2B sales pipelines
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
