Salary: £50,000-£55,000 & Car Allowance

The candidate will split their time between site visits and working from home.
About the Role:
My client are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in bespoke commercial and retail fit-outs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-street retail clients, hospitality projects and bespoke office fit-outs across the UK.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple commercial and retail fit-out projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Develop project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks.
Manage stakeholder relationships, liaising with high-street retail clients, hospitality brands, and office fit-out teams.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Provide leadership to project teams and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial and retail project management, ideally within hospitality and office fit-outs.
Strong understanding of design, construction, and fit-out processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel across the UK.
CSCS, SMSTS Card and Asbestos Awareness required
Full UK driving licence required.
