About the Role
Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organising data? We are is seeking a Data Entry Support professional to join our Maintenance Team within the site Comm-Ops Directorate at Hinkley Point C. You'll play a vital role in preparing equipment and materials data critical for the construction and operation of one of the UK's most ambitious low-carbon energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Equipment and Materials Catalogue data in our EAM tool (Asset Suite 9).
  • Ensure accurate and meaningful descriptions of catalogue items.
  • Support the receipting process to streamline equipment/material delivery to site.
  • Check supporting documents for lifecycle management compliance.
  • Advise team members on data standards and business rules.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data submissions.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and technically competent data specialist with:

  • Strong data analysis and organisation skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Asset Suite 9 (or similar EAM systems) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with HPC or large infrastructure projects is a bonus.
