Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality switchboards and control panels
- Assemble components accurately according to wiring diagrams and schematics
- Maintain exceptional quality and safety standards in all work
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in component assembly and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and precision in your work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical assembly or a related field are preferred
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of 13.50 - 17 (with overtime, potential earnings of 40-45k!)
- Attractive overtime rates: 1.25 after 36.5 hours and 1.75 on weekends
