Our client is seeking aProject & Process Engineering Team Leader to lead and develop the process and project engineering function within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader:

• Lead and develop a team of process and project engineers.

• Allocate resources to meet site and departmental goals.

• Provide coaching, training, and performance management.

• Own and oversee core manufacturing processes.

• Support process engineering across all production lines.

• Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.

• Identifyand implementnew technologiesand automation.

• Lead engineering project delivery and governance.

• Deliver projects to time, cost, and performance targets.

• Maintainaccurateproject documentation and safety compliance.

• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders.

• Manage suppliers and external contractors.

Key Skills of a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader:

• Degree-qualified engineer or equivalent experience.

• Proven leadership of engineering teams.

• Strong manufacturing process knowledge.
