Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced LTQR (Life Time Quality Records) Manager / Lead to take responsibility for the delivery and compliance of LTQR processes and procedures related to documents, records, and physical samples across designated projects and Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs).

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all records are progressively collated, reviewed, verified, and approved throughout the project lifecycle, aligning with the relevant delivery schedules, standards, and handover requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all Works Information (WI) includes sufficient LTQR-related content and manage documentation reviews pre-handover.
  • Lead and manage a team of Record Support Officers, collaborating with other Records, Document Control, and Completions stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate LTQRs for installation, commissioning, and takeover phases.
  • Work with Project and Quality Managers to validate contractor-submitted LTQR partitioning strategies, ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality expectations.
  • Define and implement effective LTQR delivery strategies, including authoring and maintaining work instructions and applying lessons learned.
  • Create and maintain both technical and non-technical LTQR checklists, ensuring completeness and correct storage within Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
  • Facilitate cross-functional engagement to ensure that required documentation and samples are submitted, reviewed, and approved in accordance with agreed plans and procedures.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and interface with end-users and assurance functions as required.
Candidate Profile Education & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C), Construction Management, or equivalent vocational experience.
  • Additional specialist training or certifications in areas such as welding, electrical installation, coatings, or inspection are desirable.
Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in managing LTQRs or equivalent documentation and quality control processes on large-scale engineering projects.
  • Extensive background in high-security environments, ideally within sectors such as Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, or Industrial.
  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS/EDRMS).
  • Experience liaising across multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and assurance bodies.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Clear understanding of quality management, document control, and handover processes.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
