At this time we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic all round HR Assistant to join their new HR team This is an exciting time to join an experienced HR Team who provide a customer focused HR support service to colleagues and managers company wide.Key duties include:
- Assist with initial emails and enquiries for all HR related queries
- Assist the HR team with preparation of employment-related policies, procedures, and associated documentation ready for review.
- Champion staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives on a company-wide basis.
- Co-ordinate internal and external recruitment campaigns
- Act as first point of contact for new starters, ensuring all onboarding documentation is sent within the set timeframes.
- Prepare contracts for the HR, Talent Development and Engagement Manager to review.
- Assist and ad hoc HR related projects where required.
- Prepare HR reports as and when required.
- Note take on relevant meetings as and when required.
- Commit to continuous personal and professional development and reflective practice and empower others to do the same.
