Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to shift work.
