I'm looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape a high-performance culture. The site is a mix of legacy equipment with all the challenges that brings and latest technology robotics, therefore knowing how to manage both ends of the spectrum is essential.

What Youll Be Doing

Great leadership starts withbuilding and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. By fosteringcontinuous improvement, we can enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize processes.

What Youll Need

Experience leading an engineering team in the FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, RCM techniques, and Continuous Improvement principles.

Ability to manage budgets and find cost-effective solutions.

Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects from start to finish.

An engineering qualification (HND or Degree).
