I'm looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape a high-performance culture. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll have the autonomy to implement best-in-class maintenance strategies, optimise plant performance, and develop a strong, engaged engineering team. The site is a mix of legacy equipment with all the challenges that brings and latest technology robotics, therefore knowing how to manage both ends of the spectrum is essential. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Great leadership starts with building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. By fostering continuous improvement, we can enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize processes.

Strong collaboration and culture ensure open communication and teamwork across departments. At the same time, reliability and maintenance excellence keep operations running smoothly with minimal disruptions.

What You’ll Need

 

  • Experience leading an engineering team in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, RCM techniques, and CI principles.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost-effective improvements.
  • Track record of delivering successful engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Engineering qualification (HND/Degree).
