Salary: £50,(Apply online only) per annum | Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to join our team in Bridgwater. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the shop floor, leads by example and brings a motivational, problem-solving mindset to every shift.
Key Responsibilities-
Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, actively engaging with teams and equipment

Monitor machinery performance, identify issues and implement timely solutions

Analyse operational data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

Lead and inspire your team with a proactive, can-do attitude

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and consistent production flow

Uphold safety, quality and productivity standards across all shifts

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Comfortable working a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights
