Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Nights Machine Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Bridgwater. This role offers a long-term opportunity with full training, career progression, and competitive pay.
Key Duties:
Operate, programme, and set up production machinery.
Monitor and top up material levels.
Conduct fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
Perform regular quality control checks.
Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
Work effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
Requirements:
Previous production or factory experience desirable.
Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
What We Offer:
15.37 per hour on permanent night shifts (after training).
12.60 per hour during training period (rotating shifts, Monday-Friday: 6am-2:15pm / 2pm-10:15pm).
