Shape the future of UK energy on a landmark construction project.

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join an expanding team at Hinkley Point C, the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure project. As a Tier 1 contractor, our clients' scope of work continues to grow, and they are strengthening their delivery team to meet the demand.

This is a rare opportunity to lead work on a complex, high-profile scheme that will define your career and contribute to the country’s energy future.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll be managing key packages of work on-site — with a preference for candidates who bring experience in electrical building services or related MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) fields. However, we also welcome applications from experienced Project Managers across the wider construction sector who thrive in technically demanding environments.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of your project area, including programme delivery, HSE performance, coordination of trades and subcontractors, and client/stakeholder engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on major construction or infrastructure projects

  • Ideally a background in electrical building services, MEP, or related disciplines

  • Strong leadership, planning and organisational skills

  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced site environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

What’s on offer:

  • Long-term career opportunity on one of the UK’s most prestigious live projects

  • Excellent salary with travel and accommodation allowances for non-local applicants

  • Join a collaborative, high-performing team within a market-leading business

  • Career development and internal progression within a growing scope of works
