- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of subcontractor accounts, including payment assessments and approvals
- Deliver clear commercial advice to support project decision-making and mitigate risk.
- Build effective relationships with subcontractors to manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Track, document, and report project delays in collaboration with planning teams
- Administer main and subcontract agreements (NEC3/NEC4), ensuring full compliance
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on projects within large scale infrastructure sectors, nuclear or heavy engineering
- Experience in managing high-value subcontractor accounts and preparing robust payment applications.
- Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 or other standard forms of contract.
- Successful candidates will also be required to undertake the relevant CITB touch screen test
- Ability to obtain BPSS Clearance essential
- Accommodation allowance- £38 per night, available year-round for those living more than one hour from site
- Travel Support: Mileage reimbursed on the first and last day of each rotation (34p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, then 25p per mile thereafter)
