Lettings Manager vacancy within highly sought after Somerset based independent estate and letting agency with super reputation in the industry as a property agent and employer with on target earnings in the mid to upper 30k region.We are seeking an experienced candidate with at least two years’ experience in lettings either as an experienced lettings manager or a senior lettings negotiator seeking a move into a managerial role.The role will involve:

  • Overseeing office systems and compliance to include GDPR regulations
  • Registering new tenants and landlords
  • Organising and carrying out lettings viewings and valuations
  • Passing property management issues to the relevant department
  • Some lettings administration
  • Business development including working closely with the sales team to gain possible new instructions

The successful candidate must have:

  • An ARLA qualification (or progressively working towards Level 3 ARLA)
  • Previous lettings experience of at least 2 years
  • An outgoing and confident personality
  • A driven and pro-active approach to work
  • Excellent, highly organised administrative and typing skills
  • Efficient approach with an ability to work independently
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Driver’s license / Access to own vehicle

This is an excellent opportunity with great career prospects with a company that likes to promote from within.Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota. On target earnings in the region of £35-38,000 pa depending on experience plus 23 days holiday + bank holidays, pension & health insurance and the chance to work for a fantastic company with an excellent reputation across the South West.
