Role: Warehouse Technician
Location: Hinkley Point C Bridgwater Area
Position: Contract - Rolling 12 months

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Technician, you will support the operational readiness of the Hinkley Point C site. Working within the Commissioning and Maintenance Operations team, you'll help ensure that critical materials and spares are available for commissioning, interim maintenance activities, and long-term station operation.

This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with multiple departments including Pre-Operations, Commissioning, and Installation. You'll also receive full training and access to technical documentation to succeed in your role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately update and manage inventory systems
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and electric carousels
  • Organize and maintain warehouse spaces, ensuring compliance with safety and chemical storage protocols
  • Pick, pack, and label items for use across the HPC project
  • Load and unload materials from vehicles
  • Support logistics operations across the HPC site

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a physically active role
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience working with warehouse/inventory management systems
  • Willingness to follow procedures with a questioning attitude
  • Minimum GCSE/National Qualification standards
  • A valid UK driving licence
