The Role

As Planning Support Coordinator, you'll provide vital support to the Post CS2 Programme Manager, helping to ensure delivery with precision, agility, and professionalism.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining momentum across programme workstreams.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of communication strategies, reports, and briefings.
  • Helping manage and analyse project schedules, identify risks, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Maintaining alignment between multiple stakeholders, teams, and data sources.
  • Taking ownership of key administrative and coordination activities - and leading on sub-projects as you grow in the role.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of one of the UK's largest and most complex engineering projects.

About You

Essential skills and attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
