Location: Bridlington, YO15
Pay Rate: £14.99 per hour (based on £13.79 + £1.20 hourly shift bonus)
Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 6:00am to 6:00pm
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Hygiene Team Leader to join a well-established food production site based in the Bridlington (YO15) area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hygiene or supervisory experience in a food factory environment, looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Details:

  • £14.99 per hour
  • 36-hour working week
  • Working Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Have Monday to Thursday of
  • 3 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift
  • Leading a small hygiene team
  • Temp to perm opportunity

Duties include:

  • Supervising a small team of hygiene operatives during weekend shifts
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across production areas
  • Completing hygiene records and supporting audits
  • Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members
  • Liaising with management and other departments to ensure hygiene compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous hygiene or food factory experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience beneficial
  • Must have own transport due to location
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
