About Us:

We are a long-term social work team dedicated to supporting vulnerable families across the north area of Rural East Riding of Yorkshire. Our work involves families subject to Child Protection (CP) plans, Care Proceedings, Private Law Proceedings, and Adoption.

  • ?? Experience working with families in the areas of CP plans, Care Proceedings, Private Law, and Adoption

  • ?? Knowledge of the Signs of Safety Model - this approach underpins all our work and is essential to our practice

  • ?? Strong commitment to timely visits and accurate, analytical recording

  • ?? Ability to complete thorough assessments and reports within required timescales

  • ?? Willingness to support colleagues during periods of increased demand

Your Responsibilities:
  • �? Work directly with vulnerable families to safeguard and promote child welfare

  • ?? Ensure visits are timely and effective

  • ?? Write detailed, high-quality assessments and reports

  • ?? Collaborate with colleagues and multi-agency partners

  • ??? Use the Signs of Safety Model to guide your practice and planning
