Production Operative

12.21 per hour + bonus
Monday to Thursday
6:45 am to 5:30 pm
Temporary ongoing with potential of permanent position being offered.

Our client in Lewes, who is the UK's leading brick maker, is currently looking for a production operative to join their developing team on a temporary ongoing basis.

The role:
* Picking and Packing bricks
* Lifting and shifting heavy goods
* Handling goods at various stages of production
* Lifting and shifting products in and around the factory
* Working in an inside/ outside environment

Skills and Attributes required:
* Ability to always work as a team member and on your own ensuring health & safety compliance
* Good understanding of English & Maths
* Good timekeeping
* Willingness to learn on the job skills
* Full Driving licence with access to own car
* Ability to bend and lift when manoeuvring heavy goods.

It would be advantageous to have:
* Previous production or warehouse experience
* Construction/labouring background
