BRIEF OVERVIEW
Were recruiting for a number of relief chef positions in Bridport area, immediate start preferred. As Relief Chef de Partie you will work along side the Head Chef, Sous Chef and/or Catering Manager carrying out basic chef duties required to run a section. Duties include the preparation of a variety of high volume simple classic pub dishes from fresh locally sourced ingredients, others are preprepared dishes cooked from frozen. Good team work ethic, training on site, lots of hours, immediate start.
