About the Role:
We are looking for skilled Textile Assembly Workers to join our team in Bridport. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and strong practical skills. You will be assembling textile products with precision and care, ensuring qualiry standards are met at all times. If you enjoy a focused, manual role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling textile components by hand and using tools where required.
- Working to detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Inspecting finished textile products to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Adhering to health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to fine tolerances.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Prior experience in textile assembly, manufacturing or similar manual work (preferred but not essential).
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
