The main duties will be :
- Explore and develop sales channels for recovered materials (UK & International).
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.
- Spot new business opportunities (e.g., metals recovery, sustainable commodities).
- Build strong relationships with partners, brokers, and buyers.
- Support senior management with fresh commercial ideas.
- Creating a fully working database.
- Fact finding through lots of different channels to gather information.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Experience in marketing or business development (ideally in logistics, fianc, recycling, or commodities).
- Proven ability to grow new business and open markets.
- Solid understanding of logistics and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the export market would be advantageous.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial focus.
