A well-established SEND school in Dudley is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to lead a Key Stage 3 (KS3) class starting in September 2025.�? About the SchoolThis specialist provision supports pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of complex learning difficulties, including:

  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Communication and sensory processing needs

  • Be supported by four experienced SEN teaching assistants

  • Use a range of strategies to support communication, sensory integration, and behavioural needs
  • Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment

? Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Has experience teaching in a special school, SEN unit, or inclusive mainstream setting
  • Demonstrates a nurturing, patient, and flexible teaching style
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about supporting pupils withSEND,SLD,PMLD, orASD
