- Our client in North Lincolnshire is seeking a part qualified/qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant for a manufacturing role.
- The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, with additional benefits including study assistance and a discretionary bonus scheme.
- The role involves preparing monthly management accounts, P&L, fixed assets, and balance sheet reporting, among other financial analyses.
- Candidates should have a background in management accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with a sound understanding of ERP systems.
THE BENEFITS:

THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will include preparation of the monthly management accounts, P & L, fixed assets and balance sheet reporting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, assess potential cost reductions and BOMS.
This is a hands on, challenging position requiring the ability to liaise effectively right across a business.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you are a qualified/part qualified accountant with a good management accounting background and preferably with experience of the manufacturing sector.
You have first class analytical, investigative, interpersonal and communication skills combined with great attention to detail and really enjoy working as part of a friendly team.
The company will provide financial assistance to finish professional exams for a part qualified accountant with the relevant background and experience required.
A sound understanding of ERP systems will be beneficial.
