An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturing site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead the Engineering & Maintenance team to drive equipment reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across all assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:


路Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance and engineering team.
路Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and improve OEE.
路Manage capital projects, site utilities, and external contractors.
路Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., PUWER, LOLER, ISO 14001).
路Support audits, drive root cause analysis, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

路Degree or HNC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience.
路Proven leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
路Strong understanding of asset care, TPM, and CMMS systems.
路Confident managing projects, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
路Proactive, safety-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
