Are you a Junior Engineer or Technician with Mechanical knowledge looking to join a close-knit team that will invest in your personal development through 1-on-1 training from senior team members, offering plenty of overtime to significantly boost your earnings and set technical progression paths turning your willingness to learn into a long-term career?

On offer is the opportunity to join a market-leading company that provides construction, industrial and specialty equipment solutions for clients worldwide. Since they were founded almost 30 years ago, they have seen significant organic growth and are looking to add to their Brigg-based team.

In this role you will be working alongside the current team of established engineers, working both in the Brigg-based workshop and travelling to customer sites in an East-UK patch carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and installations. You will be fully supported with training on this company's bespoke rental equipment, while progressing technically into a fully qualified engineer.

This role would suit an Engineer or Technician with Mechanical knowledge looking to kickstart their career with a well-established, growing company offering fantastic 1-on-1 training and the scope to progress employees technically into senior engineering roles.

The Role:

  • Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and installation of rental equipment
  • Full training provided
  • 50/50 split between workshop and field-based work
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Up to 10 hours optional overtime a week, paid at 1.5x

The Person:

  • Junior Engineer, Technician or similar
  • Mechanical knowledge
