Quantity Surveyor – Huddersfield/Leeds - £55k + Package

They have secured a £10m public realm scheme, improving the town centre of Brighouse. They are therefore recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of this project, utilising a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with any guidance or additional training required.
This position is starting from the subcontract management of design packages and carrying out subcontract procurement to then being site based and overseeing day to day commercial activities utilising an NEC4 Option A contract.
