Head chef's will be cooking for a busy dining room, a destination restaurant and more relaxed Beach Bar Terrace, working with some seriously talented senior chefs. Head chefs will have a solid andprogressivebackground in classical food all aboutflavourand simplicity, letting theingredientsdo the talking.
Head Chefs will lead a good and well versed brigade in the delivery and not just be a confident cook, knowledge of ingredients, regions and solid producers / suppliers will be the core for this Seafood led cuisine also a must is beinghighlyorganised and great team leaders with motivation.
Head chefs will be cooking for lunch service and dinner, but a company culture and great brigade will ensure a good balance in a tight knit team. leading to great working hours. 5 day week . Great staff perks, family meals and a good package and progression
