As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Supporting team by performing tasks related to the organisation and strong communication
- Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience
Profile
A successful 'Administrator' should have:
