A Day in the Life of a SEN Behaviour Support Buddy
You'll work alongside caring teachers and tutors, supporting students as they navigate their learning day.
You'll play a key role in helping young people build their confidence, learn social skills, and use positive behaviour strategies.
Whether it's working one-on-one or in a small group, you'll be part of those moments that make all the difference.
What We're Looking For
A kind heart, a patient mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
GCSE Maths & English (grade C or level 4) are essential.
Previous experience is a bonus, but if you're new and passionate, we'll help you find your feet.
A resilient and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
The Details
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30pm
Term-time only (39 weeks per year).
Hourly rate starting at 13.96.
Location: Hove
Contract: Ongoing
What You'll Need to Join
The right to work in the UK.
Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references from education or childcare.
