- Facilitating new client procedures, including compliance verifications and issuing service agreements
- Managing inbound and outbound mail and communications
- Registering new clients onto the firm’s database
- Supporting with invoice follow-ups and overdue payments
- Delivering administrative support for company governance tasks
- Undertaking general office duties to aid daily operations
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative setting
- Preferably familiar with professional environments (legal or financial sectors desirable)
- Capable of maintaining composure and efficiency in a calm but fast-paced workspace
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working collaboratively
