Fire Stoppers required
Project: Mixed Use development
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £180-£200per day
We are currently looking for experienced Fire Stoppers to work on a Mixed Use development close to Brighton.
Requirements for the Fire Stopper:
- Valid CSCS card (NVQ in Level 2 Passive Fire Protection) on it
- Own tools and PPE - Including Orange/Yellow Trousers
- Experience in Multi room Fire Stopping to current legal standard
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- IPAF is a bonus ticket
- Public or own Transport is both ideal as close train station and first come, first served free parking on site
Duties for the Fire Stopper Include:
- Installing batt and mastic fire stopping systems
- Sealing service penetrations in walls, floors, and ceilings to meet fire resistance standards
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
