Marketing Executive – Consumer Financial Brand (Hybrid, Brighton)?? Brighton, Sussex | Hybrid (2 Days in Office)?? Full-Time | £30,000 – £35,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Are you a hands-on marketer, hungry to learn and ready to help shape a growing brand? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving consumer financial business that’s building its marketing team from the ground up.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who wants to make an impact — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating content, and is excited to be part of a business that puts real human advice above AI.

You’ll be based in our Brighton office two days a week with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and printed materials

  • Support and run multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline platforms

  • Manage and grow social media channels (organic and paid)

  • Help plan and promote in-person events and webinars

  • Use analytics to track performance and optimise future campaigns

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a marketing role (digital and/or offline)

  • A passion for connecting with consumers in an authentic, human way

  • Strong writing and content creation skills

  • Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, and Mailchimp

  • A self-starter attitude, eager to learn and grow

  • Financial services experience is a bonus, not a must
