About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bricklayer to join a reputable construction team delivering high-end residential projects in the Brighton area. This is a full-time position offering job security, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious builds in the region.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality brickwork with precision, to ensure a flawless finish that meets the exacting standards of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, blocks, and stone to construct or repair walls, foundations, arches, and other structures

Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship and complies with relevant building regulations

Work with other team members to meet project deadlines

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Communicate effectively with site managers and clients when needed

Carry out pointing, decorative brickwork, and restoration tasks as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bricklayer, preferably on high-end or bespoke residential builds

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Bricklaying or equivalent qualification

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Impeccable attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Strong knowledge of health and safety practices on-site

Punctual, professional, and reliable

Own tools and full PPE

CSCS card preferred

Full UK driving licence desirable
