As Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Head Chef to run service, manage sections and support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Youll have the chance to develop your skills, mentor junior chefs, and contribute to the evolution of a menu thats renowned for both technique and originality.

As Sous Chef you will:
- Assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen
- Be responsible for running the kitchen in his absence
- Supporting other members of the kitchen whilst also motivating and training them
- Be a hard-working and dedicated Senior Sous Chef and have experience of working within a professional, high-level kitchen
- Be talented and have a genuine passion for food
