About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specialising in CCTV products and solutions. In this pivotal role, you will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with integrators, installers, consultants, distributors, and end users across South London to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote CCTV products and services to systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end users (business partners).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, arranging meetings and preparing tailored presentations.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and developments effectively to business partners.
  • Introduce and promote the Key Integrator Partnership Program, engaging selected partners for active participation.
  • Deliver product and commercial training sessions to partners.
  • Proactively secure system specifications to include company products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to meet partner requirements.
  • Assist in developing market and vertical strategies for CCTV solutions.
  • Support and attend marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Contribute to increasing brand awareness and market share within South London.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys.
  • Respond promptly to sales enquiries and manage customer relationships.

Key Attributes & Skills

  • Proven experience in the CCTV or security systems industry.
  • Strong Sales Background 2-4 Years
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • In-depth understanding of CCTV industry standards, channels, and market sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all dealings.
