The Head of Marketing Campaigns is responsible for overseeing the email channel and leading omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, revenue, and brand reach. This role manages a small team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, optimise email performance, and lead media partnerships for maximum value.

Description

As the Head of Marketing Campaigns you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the email channel, optimising customer journeys, executing key communications (e.g., newsletters), and developing nurture campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
  • Analyse data to improve performance, identify new journeys and target markets, and ensure accurate data segmentation
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution
  • Lead media partnership strategy, negotiate high-value partnerships, and use data to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that maximise commercial success
  • Work with the wider leadership team to identify optimisation opportunities across channels
  • Provide timely reports and insights on campaign and performance metrics
  • Partner with leadership to identify and leverage commercial opportunities across campaigns.

Profile

The successful Head of Marketing Campaigns will have the following:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role; with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns, including email automation experience - ideally gained within events or working with B2B events
  • A strong track record of managing teams
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; with excellent copywriting skills
  • The ability to work as part of a truly collaborative team.
