Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee and deliver exceptional results on a series of high-profile projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated UK Sales team and a variety of stakeholders to ensure all projects exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the main point of contact, you will coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing detailed project plans and schedules, attending site visits, and pre-install meetings.
  • Delivering comprehensive product briefs to support both manufacturing and installation processes.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for projects, effectively collaborating with Operations and Sales to guarantee high-quality delivery and timely installation.
  • Managing resources, including nominated installation teams, to ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining budgetary control.
  • Coordinating administrative duties such as pre-start meetings, site surveys, and daily site reports.
  • Facilitating prompt payment from customers and maintaining regular contact with the Finance Department.
  • Managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring high standards of Health and Safety are always maintained.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong experience in project management within a fast-paced, consultative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical and logistical information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Aconex, ProjectPlus, or similar.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications (e.g., , SMSTS, SSSTS, Prince2).
