- Oversee and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate health and safety training for staff members.
- Act as the main point of contact for any health and safety-related issues.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all health and safety activities.
- Work closely with the Facilities Management team to identify potential hazards.
- Regularly update staff and management on health and safety matters.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety standards.
Profile
A successful Health and Safety Administrator should have:
