Alexander Lloyd are seeking an experienced Interim Credit Controller to support a finance team during a peak period. Based in Brighton, this role offers a hybrid working. Immediate start is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive management of B2C credit accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving queries
- Liaising with internal departments and external clients to ensure timely collections
- Maintaining accurate records and updating our accounting systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Available immediately and able to commit up to 6 months
- B2C credit control experience
- Familiar with credit control processes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- NetSuite experience is desirable, but not essential
